Jamestown Police have made another arrest in connection with crack cocaine sales in the south county city. On Friday, officers took 23-year-old Alex Oliveras into custody after an investigation determined that he was selling and distributing crack. Oliveras was located on Harrison Street, and taken to the city jail on charges of 3rd-degree criminal sale and possession of a controlled substance.
