Carol L. White, 70, of Bachellor Hill Road in Stockton died on Thursday, February 12, 2026 at her residence. She was born in Cheektowaga on March 20, 1955, the daughter of the late Willard and Doris (Nitsche) White.
Carol was a graduate of Cleveland Hill High School, attended the University at Buffalo and worked as a graphic designer for the Town of Cheektowaga Police Department. She was the owner of the former White Country Gifts Store in Clarence Hollow, volunteered at the Chautauqua County Samaritan House, was an avid quilter and loved her quilting group. She was also an avid outdoors person, loved gardening and especially her dogs, Lexi and Cooper.
Survivors include a sister Susan Hefner of East Amherst; a nephew, Christopher (Robyn) Sansone of East Amherst; great-nieces, Maci and Jackie; great nephew, Sean; and dear friend and neighbor, Linda (John) Burton. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by a brother-in-law, Ronald Hefner, who died on January 20, 2010.
Friends are welcome to call on Wednesday, February 12 from 11:00 AM-12:00 PM at the Riles & Woolley Funeral Home, 39 Main Street in Forestville, where funeral services will be held at 12:00 PM with Rev. Michael Pollock, Pastor of Gage Chapel Community Church, officiating.
