Joy Marie Sprague, 31, of King Road in Forestville passed away on Tuesday, March 10, 2026 at Erie County Medical Center in Buffalo, following complications from a medical illness. She was born in Dunkirk on August 21, 1994, the daughter of John and Jeri (Sharritt) Sprague of Forestville.
Joy was a graduate of Forestville Central School, Class of 2012. She was very artistic and creative. She enjoyed working with metal and cooking. Her family was very important to her.
Survivors include a sister, Sydney Sprague of Forestville; her maternal grandparents, Linda (Michael) Bonasera; paternal grandmother, Kathleen Sprague; a niece. Lillie White; and two nephews, Robert White and Waylon Kelm.
Friends are welcome to call on Friday, March 13 from 2:00-4:00 PM and 7:00-9:00 PM at the Riles & Woolley Funeral Home, 39 Main Street in Forestville. There will be no funeral services held.
