Saturday Sports Update

Bottom left: Carolina Panthers linebacker Thomas Davis, who has overcome his fair share of serious injuries throughout his NFL career, will play tomorrow in Super Bowl 50 against the Denver Broncos despite a broken forearm.  Davis suffered the injury in the NFC Championship Game against the Arizona Cardinals.

Bottom right: Troubles continue for Cleveland Browns quarterback Johnny Manziel.  On Friday, Dallas Police announced they were opening a criminal investigation into a domestic violence assault campaign filed against him.  The news came shortly after Manziel's father had told the Dallas Morning News that he was worried about his son self-destructing, saying "if they can't get him help, he won't live to see his 24th birthday."
