Top: It's been a while for these two schools! On Saturday at Jamestown's Martin Road Athletic Complex, Brocton (left) and Silver Creek (right) won Section VI baseball championships, ending droughts for both teams. Brocton defeated Frewsburg 9-2 in the Class D title game, while Silver Creek knocked off Allegany-Limestone 9-5 for the Class C title. The wins marked Brocton's first Section VI baseball title since 1994 and Silver Creek's first title since 2006. Photos by the Observer
