Top left: Friday night was a mixed bag for local high school football teams, as the Section VI playoffs kicked off. At the Orange Bowl, Dalton Gardner and the Fredonia Hillbillies made key plays on defense en route to a 14-0 victory over Maryvale in the Class B quarterfinals.
