Top left: Pioneer running back Mike Rigerman looks for running room during the first half of Friday night's Section VI Class B semifinal in Fredonia. The Hillbillies were able to contain the big 235-pound senior to 60 yards on 19 carries in the first half, but his power running wore the Billies down in the second half, scoring three touchdowns to put an end to Fredonia's season. Rigerman's 225-yard rushing night put him over 2,100 rushing on the season. Photo by Ron Szot
Top right: If the Buffalo Bills are to have any sort of chance Monday night against the New England Patriots, they could use the services of LeSean McCoy. However, ESPN's Mike Rodak reports that McCoy, who left last week's game at Indianapolis with a concussion, remains in concussion protocol. His status for Monday night remains up in the air. Bottom: How does it feel to participate in the longest game in World Series history? For Boston Red Sox pitcher Nathan Eovaldi (left), excruciating after pitching six innings of relief and giving up a walk-off home run in the bottom of the 18th inning. For Los Angeles Dodgers slugger Max Muncy (right), exhilaration after hitting the walk-off dinger. Muncy's solo shot ended a game that went 7 hours and 20 minutes and gave the Dodgers a crucial 3-2 win. Photos by USA Today
