Saturday Sports Update
Top left: Are these Buffalo Sabres for real? Jeff Skinner (right) is certainly making Sabres fans believers. On Friday, Skinner scored the game-tying goal late in the 3rd period and the game-winning goal in overtime to give the Sabres a 3-2 victory over the Montreal Canadiens. It marked the eighth straight victory for the Sabres, who now find themselves on top of the NHL's Eastern Conference. Photo by the Buffalo Sabres
Top right: The Buffalo Bills have not been generating nearly as much buzz as the Sabres have lately, but there is some good news from One Bills Drive. Head coach Sean McDermott announced Friday that rookie quarterback Josh Allen would be getting the start against the Jacksonville Jaguars tomorrow, barring any setbacks in practice. It would be Allen's first start since Week 6 against the Houston Texans, when he injured his right elbow. Photo by the Buffalo Bills

Knights quarterback McKenzie Milton suffered a devastating leg injury early in the 2nd quarter that brought an end to his season. Milton had to be carted off the field and required emergency surgery.
