Top: The only thing we know for sure right now about this year's Heisman Trophy is that it will be awarded to a quarterback. Oklahoma's Kyler Murray (left), Alabama's Tua Tagovailoa (center), and Ohio State's Dwayne Haskins (right) are the three finalists to win college football's most prestigious trophy. Murray, who replaced Baker Mayfield, is the favorite to win the Heisman. The winner will be announced at about 9:00 PM this evening. Photos by USA Today
Bottom: There is plenty of girls high school basketball in the north county this weekend as local tournaments take place. On Friday, Amari Carter (left) scored 10 points to help push Dunkirk to a 64-50 win over Westfield in the Westfield Tip-Off Tournament.
