Sunday Sports Update
Top left: Offensive tackle Dion Dawkins begins celebrating after catching a touchdown pass right before halftime of Saturday's game between the Buffalo Bills and the New England Patriots at Gillette Stadium. That touchdown swung the momentum in the Bills' favor, but not even a big-man TD was enough to overcome the Patriots, who came away with a 24-17 victory to win their 11th straight AFC crown and locked the Bills into the number 5 seed for the AFC Playoffs. Bottom left: Being the number one team in college basketball is proving to be a curse so far this season. On Saturday, Kansas became the fifth team to lose a game as a top-ranked team, as the Jayhawks fell to Villanova in a nail-biter, 56-55. Photo by USA Today

On Saturday, Fredonia's Tyler Putney (second from left) earned All-Tournament honors for his 21-point game against Buffalo Science on Friday and a 15-point effort against Jamestown on Saturday.
