Sunday Sports Update

Top left: Buffalo Bills defensive tackle Ed Oliver is in some trouble with the law.  Oliver was arrested Saturday evening in Houston on charges of DWI and unlawfully carrying a weapon after the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office found an open can of beer between his legs and a pistol while searching the truck he was driving.  The Bills issued a statement this morning, saying that they are aware of the situation and gathering more information on the incident.  Oliver started seven games and recorded five sacks as a rookie last season for the Bills.  Photo by the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office

Top right: With New York gradually reopening its economy, there will be some live sports returning to the state.  Governor Andrew Cuomo announced on Saturday that Watkins Glen International Raceway will be allowed to reopen by June 1st, but without fans.  Cuomo also announced that horse racing venues will also be allowed to reopen in the state by that same date, under the same guidelines.  Photo by Watkins Glen International Raceway

Bottom: Phyllis George, a female sportscasting pioneer, died on Thursday at the age of 70 after a long battle with a blood disorder.  George became the first female co-host of an NFL pregame show when she joined CBS' "The NFL Today" program in 1975, teaming up with the likes of Brent Musberger and Irv Cross.  She would go on to co-host the program for 10 seasons, leaving after the 1984 season.  Image by CBS Sports
