Top: Buffalo Sabres coach Ralph Krueger talks with reporters during the team's virtual end-of-season press conference on Friday. Krueger gave his thoughts on the team following the NHL's announcement earlier this week that it has officially ended the regular season. Krueger called the 2019-2020 campaign "a tale of two types of emotions" -- while he was disappointed that the Sabres missed the postseason for the 10th consecutive season, he said the team is encouraged by the spirit and the maturing of his players.
Bottom left: ESPN reports that NBA owners are expected to approve Commissioner Adam Silver's recommendation on a format to restart the season in Orlando, Florida. Bottom right: NFL executives are cautiously optimistic that their league can have a normal training camp return for the 2020 season. Most of the league's training facilities, including that of the Buffalo Bills, will be opened by the end of next week.
