Top: With the Buffalo Sabres missing captain Jack Eichel with a lower body injury on Saturday, they were unable to get any pucks past Philadelphia Flyers goalie Brian Elliott. Bottom left: Dunkirk's Christian Ortiz had a monster game on Saturday against Silver Creek. Ortiz scored 18 points, grabbed 18 rebounds, and dished out six assists as the Marauders defeated Silver Creek by a score of 59-32. Bottom right: Speaking of Dunkirk basketball players, remember this one? That's Jessica Beehler, who excelled as a point guard for the Lady Maraduers program for the past four seasons. On Saturday, she made her collegiate debut for Jamestown Community College, scoring 18 points and logging 11 assists in a 111-102 loss to Lackawanna College.
