Top: The Buffalo Sabres got to do some celebrating Friday night on home ice. The Sabres knocked off one of the NHL's top teams in the Edmonton Oilers by a 3-2 score at the KeyBank Center, snapping a five-game losing streak. All five goals in the contest were scored in the 2nd period, with Dylan Cozens (right) scoring two of the Sabres' three goals, including what proved to be the game-winner late in the period. Bottom left: The Buffalo Bills will be without one of their top playmakers on defense for Sunday's game against the New York Jets. Head coach Sean McDermott announced Friday that linebacker Tremaine Edmunds has been ruled out with a hamstring injury, which he suffered in last week's loss at Jacksonville. Jamestown won the nightcap, shutting out Frontier 41-0 to bring home the Class A championship.
