Saturday Sports Update
Top: The Buffalo Bills may be seven-point favorites for Sunday's game against the Indianapolis Colts, but the team is dealing with some question marks on both sides of the ball. On defense, linebacker Tremaine Edmunds (left) is questionable for Sunday after being limited in practice on Friday, but head coach Sean McDermott says Edmunds is trending in the right direction as he continues to recover from a hamstring injury. Meanwhile, the Bills signed offensive tackle Bobby Hart (right) to fill some depth along its front line after starting right tackle Spencer Brown was placed on the team's reserve/COVID-19 list on Thursday. Senior Jaylen Butera (left) turned in another monster performance with 223 rushing yards and four total touchdowns on the night. Bottom right: The Buffalo Sabres on Friday got some encouraging news on their injury front. Defenseman Henri Jokiharju, who has been out since he took a puck off his ankle in the team's season opener, returned to practice for the first time since that injury. Sabres head coach Don Granato says Jokiharju will not play in the team's next game on Sunday against the New York Rangers, but noted that he could join the lineup at some point next week.
