Sunday Sports Update

Top: For the third time this season, the Buffalo Bills will battle the Miami Dolphins.  But today's clash of AFC East rivals has more on the line -- a spot in the AFC Divisional Playoffs.  On paper, the Bills should have a clear edge offensively, as Josh Allen (left) goes up against Dolphins third-string quarterback Skylar Thompson (right), who is starting in place of the injured Tua Tagovailoa and Teddy Bridgewater.  This marks the fourth all-time postseason meeting between the two franchise, with the last one occurring in the 1998 playoffs.  Listen to today's AFC Wild Card Playoff game on WDOE (101.5 FM/1410 AM), with kickoff from Highmark Stadium at 1:00 PM!  Photos by the Buffalo Bills and the Miami Dolphins

Bottom left: Riley Patterson watches as his 36-yard field goal attempt sails between the uprights in the final seconds to give the Jacksonville Jaguars a 31-30 win over the Los Angeles Chargers in Saturday's AFC Wild Card Playoff clash in Jacksonville.  The kick completed a 27-point comeback by the Jaguars, the third-largest comeback win in NFL postseason history.  Photo by the Jacksonville Jaguars

Bottom right: Kyle Okposo celebrates with Dylan Cozens after scoring a shorthanded goal in the 3rd period of the Buffalo Sabres' game in Nashville on Saturday.  Okposo's shorty put the Sabres in front, and they added an insurance goal late for a 5-3 win in the Music City, snapping a three-game losing streak.  Photo by the Buffalo Sabres
