A recent street check in the Town of Ellicott led to the arrest of a Jamestown man who was wanted as a fugitive from justice in Warren County, Pennsylvania. Ellicott Town Police took 40-year-old Aaron Albaugh into custody on the warrant on October 14th. Officers say while trying to do so, Albaugh resisted arrest. He was taken to the Chautauqua County Jail pending centralized arraignment on charges of being a fugitive from justice and resisting arrest. Albaugh is due to appear in Ellicott Town Court at a later date.
