Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies charged a Buffalo man with impaired driving after a Wednesday evening traffic stop in the Town of Sheridan. Deputies pulled over a vehicle on Route 20 for observed infractions at about 9:45 PM and found that the driver, 35-year-old Andrew Powers, was allegedly impaired by a combination of alcohol and/or drugs. Powers faces charges of driving while ability impaired by alcohol and/or drugs, speeding, and failure to keep right. He was later released with tickets for Sheridan Town Court.
