A Jamestown woman was arrested after allegedly violating a stay-away order of protection. On Saturday around 8:25 PM, Jamestown Police officers responded to an unwanted person at an address on the south side of the city. Upon arrival, officers located 34-year-old Amra Cuhel sitting in her vehicle in front of the residence. Officers had prior knowledge that Cuhel had multiple warrants out of the Jamestown Police Department. While on scene, Cuhel allegedly made threats to a female victim who has a full stay-away order of protection against Cuhel. Cuhel was taken into custody on her multiple warrants and for violating the order of protection. Cuhel was transported to the Jamestown City Jail and charged with 1st-degree criminal contempt, 2nd-degree harassment, and outstanding warrants. She is being held pending arraignment.
