A Jamestown man was arrested late Friday evening following an alleged domestic incident. Jamestown Police Department officers arrived at a Southside apartment shortly after 11:30pm to find 21-year old Oshon Goodlow inside with an unidentified female victim who had previously been granted a full order of protection from the suspect. After initially refusing to leave the residence, he eventually complied but allegedly later resisted and kicked a patrol car while being brought into custody. The vehicle did not sustain any damage. The man has been charged with 2nd-degree criminal contempt and resisting arrest. He is being held in Jamestown City Jail pending arraignment.
