A report of a disturbance Saturday morning in the Town of North Harmony led to two arrests. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies responded to Old Bridge Road shortly after 9:45 AM and identified 27-year-old Nyren Graham of Jamestown, who was known to have an active bench warrant from Jamestown City Court. While he was being taken into custody, 25-year-old Rachel Fisher of Ashville allegedly physically obstructed deputies to try to keep them from performing their duties. Graham was taken to the Jamestown Police Department to be arraigned on his misdemeanor warrant, while Fisher was charged with 2nd-degree obstruction and resisting arrest. She was issued appearance ticket for North Harmony Town Court.
