A Falconer man was recently arrested for allegedly physically threatening an employee of a business in the village. Ellicott Town Police responded to a disorderly person complaint on April 5th and arrested 34-year-old Kyle Shaw after he got into an altercation with the employee. He was taken to the Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment on a charge of 2nd-degree harassment and was issued appearance tickets for Ellicott Town Court.
