A member of the Jamestown School Board has resigned after she was arrested Friday on a felony grand larceny charge. A month-long investigation by Jamestown Police revealed that Barbara Piazza had illegally taken over $19,000 from her employer, Jamestown Area Medical Associates, since 2007. The 42-year-old Piazza turned herself in after a warrant had been issued for her arrest. She was arraigned, then released on $5,000 bail. Piazza began serving on the city's school board since July 2010.
