Three people who were arrested in a drug raid last Wednesday in Randolph are now facing federal charges in connection with that raid. 34-year-old Mark Maio and 28-year-old Brittany Delahoy of East Randolph, along with 32-year-old Brandon Smith of Jamestown, have been charged with conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute, and to distribute methamphetamine and cocaine, and maintaining a drug-involved premises. Members of the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force executed a search warrant at an apartment on Main Street in Randolph. Authorities recovered quantities of crystal meth and marijuana from Smith, as well as crack cocaine and a large amount of cash from Maio. During a search of the residence, officers also recovered more marijuana and crystal meth, as well as a digital scale and other drug packaging and paraphernalia. All three suspects face up to 20 years in prison if convicted.
