A Dunkirk woman has been charged after she allegedly sold various collectible art items from a residence in the Town of Portland without the owner's permission. The Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office responded to an address on County Route 380 for a complaint of a past-tense larceny on April 7th. Deputies say further investigation found that 53-year-old Angela Szukala sold approximately $25,000 worth of items from the residence from which she was renting. Szukala was charged with 3rd-degree grand larceny and will appear in Portland Town Court at a later date.
