A woman in the Town of Busti is facing charges following an incident at an address on Big Tree-Sugar Grove Road. Lakewood-Busti Police were called to the scene shortly after 11:00 AM Friday and found that 18-year-old Aliyah Maher had allegedly physically assaulted the victim and broke some of their property. Maher was charged with 3rd-degree assault and 3rd-degree criminal mischief and was taken to the Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment.
