Fredonia Central School's newest graduates were celebrated for their achievements as they "cross[ed] the finish line" of their careers as high school students. Members of Fredonia's Class of 2025 walked across the stage at SUNY Fredonia's King Concert Hall to receive their diplomas in front of family and friends at Fredonia's 94th Commencement on Sunday. Sunday's ceremony also included the presentation of scholarships. Sam Garaas-Johnson and Frances Tucker were each presented inaugural scholarships in memory of the late Lauren Arch, a former Fredonia student. Charles Domenico, Leah Marsh, Emily Schwertfager and Connor Sullivan each received scholarships in memory of Ricky Burgstrom, and the Roger Pacos Memorial Scholarships went to Andrew Cowan, A.J. Kinney, Lydia LaBarr and Ashton Putney.
