A Falconer man is accused of throwing another person to the ground in front of a young child during a domestic dispute on Saturday. Ellicott Town Police say they were called to the scene about 12:30 PM and investigated the incident. Officers arrested 40-year-old Shawn Washington on charges of 3rd-degree assault and endangering the welfare of child. He was taken to the Chautauqua County Jail pending centralized arraignment.
