Officers with the Town of Carroll Police Department arrested a man after an attempted burglary at a Frewsburg manufacturing facility. Officers responded to a reported burglary in progress on May 14th around 4:50 PM at the Ethan Allen factory building on 36 Railroad Avenue Following investigation, it was determined that James Wall was allegedly involved in the attempted burglary. Wall was arrested and charged with 3rd-degree burglary, 4th-degree criminal mischief, petit larceny and possession of burglar's tools. Wall was taken into custody and transported to Town of Carroll Police Department for processing. Wall was later transported to the Chautauqua County Jail for the Centralized Arraignment Program.
