Firefighters were dispatched to a reported structure fire in the Mayville area. On Tuesday around 4:45PM, the North Lake Fire Department responded to a reported structure fire on 6807 Plank Road. Responding firefighters had requested a second alarm with heavy fire and smoke showing. Several mutual-aid departments also assisted with the fire department, including Stockton, Westfield, Sherman, Portland, Maple Springs, Chautauqua, and Brocton. The Chautauqua County Fire Investigation Team was called to the scene, but no injuries have been reported.
