
Four Jamestown residents have been arrested and charged with narcotics possession. On Thursday morning, narcotics investigators with the Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office and Jamestown Police Department executed search warrants at addresses located on Lincoln Street and Thayer Street. Officers seized over 28 grams of fentanyl, 1.2 grams of methamphetamine, an undisclosed quantity of cocaine, scales, and packaging material along with over $1,000 in cash allegedly belonging to the four suspects.
Of the individuals at the Lincoln Street address, 39-year-old Fernando Velazquez-Nazario and 31-year-old Destinee French were charged with 3rd-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and 2nd-degree criminally using drug paraphernalia. 39-year-old Lovella Kellom was charged with 7th-degree possession of a controlled substance.
At the Thayer Street residence, 59-year-old Phillip McKeown was charged with two counts of 3rd-degree possession of a controlled substance, two counts of 7th-degree possession of a controlled substance, and 2nd-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia.
Velazquez-Nazario, French, and McKeown were transported to the Jamestown Police Department pending arraignment while Kellom was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Jamestown City Court at a later date. Investigations at both addresses are ongoing and may result in additional arrests.
