The City of Dunkirk's first-ever comptroller is someone the Mayor has been actually keeping an eye on since she was elected to office. Kate Wdowiasz, who was a guest on WDOE's "Viewpoint" program on Thursday, says she has known about Tracy Smith-Dengler's background in public finance, most recently as the Manager of Erie 2-Chautauqua-Cattaraugus BOCES' Central Business Office.
