A complaint of a disorderly person in downtown Jamestown Thursday morning led to the arrest of a city man on felony charges. Shortly after 7:30 AM, Jamestown Police responded to an unnamed establishment, where a male had reportedly broken out a window and left the scene. Officers say they located 22-year-old Adam Garbrandt a short distance away and took him into custody. While they were waiting for EMS personnel to arrive, Garbrandt allegedly kicked one officer in the leg, causing injury. Garbrandt was arraigned on charges of 3rd-degree criminal mischief and 2nd-degree assault, and he is being held in the Chautauqua County Jail on $25,000 bail.
