Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies have arrested a man in the Town of Hanover after he allegedly smashed a windshield of a vehicle in which a juvenile female was a passenger. Deputies were called to an undisclosed address at about 9:30 AM Friday for a report of a past-tense altercation. After an investigation, they located 56-year-old Michael Plecker a short time later and took him into custody on a charge of endangering the welfare of a child. He was transported to the Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment.
