Aaron Gies wins the Democratic primary for New York's 23rd Congressional District in Tuesday's primary elections, defeating primary opponent Kevin Stocker. He will face incumbent Nick Langworthy in the November Election. According to unofficial results from the New York State Board of Elections, Gies received over 68% of the vote, while Stocker got over 26%.
