This weekend will be a celebratory one for graduating high school seniors across Chautauqua County. In the Dunkirk City School District, it's also a celebration of its first kindergarten cohort for School 5's Two-Way Dual Language Program. District officials say the group of students began the year with different language backgrounds, but embraced the challenge of learning both English and Spanish. They add that the students "grew in confidence, built lasting friendships, and demonstrated that learning two languages opens the door to endless opportunities."
