A man from Erie, Pennsylvania faces a charge of public lewdness following an investigation into an incident in the Jamestown area last week. Ellicott Town Police were called to a cemetery on West Oak Hill Road during the evening of June 19th to check the well-being of a person who was passed out behind the wheel of a vehicle. Officers say that person, identified as 51-year-old Victor Cameron, was also naked from the waist down and was committing a lewd act before they arrived. Cameron was issued an appearance ticket for Ellicott Town Court at a later date.
