A welfare check involving an unresponsive male behind the wheel of a vehicle on Jamestown's north side Tuesday morning led to his arrest on a felony weapon charge. Jamestown Police responded to the area of Bowen Street and Dover Street at about 7:00 AM and determined that 20-year-old Noah Ingrao had allegedly been driving while intoxicated. Officers also discovered that Ingrao was allegedly in possession of an illegal handgun. He was taken into custody without incident on charges of DWI and 2nd-degree criminal possession of a weapon, as well as multiple traffic infractions.
