There are questions over how the new owners of the former NRG plant in the City of Dunkirk will repurpose the facility. However, a local state lawmaker says the best possible use for that facility is to generate power. Senator George Borrello, who was a guest on WDOE's "Viewpoint" program on Tuesday, says he's excited about the acquisition by Genover, which he says has a "very good" history of repowering such facilities...
