The National Weather Service in Buffalo has issued a second heat advisory for most of Western New York, as heat and humidity continue building across the region. The new advisory begins at 12:00 PM Wednesday and will continue until 8:00 PM Friday. Meteorologist Liz Jurkowski says heat index values could reach the low 100s throughout the advisory area.
