
A Jamestown woman was taken into custody following an investigation into recent reports of a disorderly person in the Town of Ellicott. According to Ellicott Town Police, the incident was called in during the early morning hours of June 26th. Officers learned that 27-year-old Patricia Crawford showed up to the victim's residence and allegedly tried to attack the victim with a weapon, then became increasingly belligerent with officers on scene. Crawford was charged with 2nd-degree attempted assault, obstruction, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct, and she was later released with appearance tickets for Ellicott Town Court.
