A Cassadaga man has been charged following an investigation into a harassment complaint Wednesday morning. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies responded to an undisclosed location in the Town of Stockton shortly after 7:15 AM and determined that 51-year-old Joshua Fowler allegedly threatened another person with physical harm or death. Fowler was charged with 2nd-degree aggravated harassment and was issued an appearance ticket for Stockton Town Court.
