
A Cattaraugus County grand jury has indicted a Jamestown man on felony charges stemming from a burglary that occurred last year in the Town of Leon. Cattaraugus County District Attorney Ashley Smith says 30-year-old Tyler Perrin faces two counts of 3rd-degree burglary and one count of 3rd-degree grand larceny, all Class D felonies. According to the indictment, which was handed down on June 4th, Perrin knowingly entered and remained unlawfully in a building with the intent to commit a crime therein, and stole more than $3,000 worth of property on or about June 21, 2025.
