Local Residents Learn About Fredonia's Water Improvement Project

Area residents got on opportunity Thursday to learn more about the Village of Fredonia's plan to get its water from the North County Water District. Village officials and trustees, representatives from LaBella Associates and the Chautauqua County Health Department, and other officials were on hand to speak one on one with members of the public about the project during a public information session. Folloiwng the session, WDOE News spoke with Fredonia Mayor Mike Ferguson, who estimates that about 150 people turned out. He says he was most encouraged by those who understand the project...
