

A man from Westfield was arrested on drug and weapon possession charges following a traffic stop in the Village of Lakewood late Thursday night. Lakewood-Busti Police say they stopped a car driven by 30-year-old Graham Kelly at about 11:00 PM on Chautauqua Avenue for an alleged violation. Officers say they found that Kelly was driving with a suspended license, and further investigation found that he was also in possession of a quantity of a controlled substance and a loaded firearm. Kelly was charged with criminal possession of a firearm, 4th-degree criminal possession of a weapon, 7th-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, 3rd-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, unlicensed operation, and failure to keep right and side window tint violations. He was taken to the Chautauqua County Jail pending centralized arraignment.
