An investigation into a domestic dispute resulted in the arrest of a Jamestown man on felony charges early Saturday. Jamestown Police were called to an address on the city's south side shortly after 1:45 AM and spoke with the victim. Officers say further investigation found that 30-year-old Andre McQuiggan brandished a knife at the victim, causing that person to be in fear of physical injury during the course of the dispute. McQuiggan was transported to the Jamestown City Jail and charged with 1st-degree menacing and 3rd-degree criminal possession of a weapon due to prior convictions.
