High Heat and Humidity Will Briefly Return to Western New York

High heat and humidity will soon return to Western New York. However, unlike the hot and humid spell the region experienced leading up to the July 4th holiday, this period of heat should be short-lived. The National Weather Service in Buffalo has issued a heat advisory from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM Tuesday for the entire region. Meteorologist Jim Mitchell says we'll see above-average temperatures with "tolerable" humidity levels on Monday. However, that will change on Tuesday...
