
Ellicott Town Police took a Frewsburg man into custody after an investigation into a domestic dispute in the Village of Falconer. Officers responded to the scene on July 2nd and located 32-year-old Mitchell Costanzo, who had driven to the victim's house and allegedly blocked the driveway with the vehicle so the victim could not leave to get away from him. Further investigation revealed that Costanzo allegedly got into an altercation with the victim and caused damage to their property. Police also found that Costanzo allegedly drove to the victim's home while intoxicated and with a revoked license. He was charged with 4th-degree criminal mischief, 2nd-degree unlawful imprisonment, 2nd-degree harassment, DWI, 3rd-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, and driving on a sidewalk. Costanzo was also issued traffic tickets and is due to appear in Ellicott Town Court at a later date.
