An Erie County man faces a drunk driving charge following a one-vehicle crash in the Town of Chautauqua late Saturday night. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies responded to an address on Chautauqua-Stedman Road shortly after 11:15 PM. Deputies say an investigation found that 27-year-old David Kilian of the Town of Orchard Park was operating the vehicle while intoxicated. He was charged with DWI and will appear in Chautauqua Town Court at a later date.
