A woman from the Town of Chautauqua was arrested Friday evening and charged with criminal mischief. Deputies with the Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office responded to an address in the Town of Chautauqua around 9:00 PM for a reported past tense complaint. Through investigation, it was found that 37-year-old Stephanie Textor had allegedly damaged property of another person exceeding an amount of $250. Textor was taken into custody without incident and charged with 3rd-degree criminal mischief. She was transported to the Chautauqua County Jail for arraignment.
